Cebu Travel: Hospicio de San Jose de Barili

Outreach program is part of the college curriculum. And we made our last outreach program at Hospicio de San Jose de Barili.

All AMA-Cebu Student gathered and contribute to draw a smile to elder people. We also loved to share our blessings from God by caring them in just one day. When you see a simple smile from them all your sacrifice and pain will gone.

Hospicio de San Jose de Barili is located at Barili, Cebu City Philippines. It was a simple orphanage for the old people. You will learn a lot of lessons and stories from them as they've shared. 

AMA Students shared their talents to the old people to make them happy in just a single second on their lifes. And not surprise for everybody when old people also shared their talents to us because everyone of us has a talent to be proud of.

Lolas and Lolos are very active in games we've prepared for them. And they also actively participate to show their talents given by God.

I would like to thank to Lola Dolores, Catarina, Alvina, two Leonora, Pacita, Emma, Dulce, Segudinda and Anecita. I would like to thank also to Lolo Jun and Boy. I'm so glad to meet you and know just a single day. 

To the winner of gift packages namely: Lola Dolores and two Leonora.Congratulations to them!.

How to get there:

First, go to South Bus Terminal
Second, pay the Terminal Fee for 5php
Third, go to bus where destination is to Barili, Cebu City
Fourth, Just leave a note to bus collector that you want to stop at Hospicio de San Jose de Barili.

But I suggest to have your own buses to rent or own services to make hassle free.

Smart Bro Broadbandest Blowout

SM City Cebu is the nearest mall from our school, AMA Computer College-Cebu. Since the SM City is the nearest mall from our school, it's our most favorite past time place.

We buy a food first at SM Suprermarket and bring it to the SM foodcourt and eat the foods we buy earlier. We stay for a long time because of chika, talk about school, family, problems and many more topic while some people surrounds us enjoying free Wi-fi at SM Foodcourt.

Unfortunately, I can't connect from SM foodcourt and home. So, I was so mad because it need to be sent urgently so that my co-member can print on that day.

Thank God it's Saturday! I have still time to send the files on Sunday.

Cebu Travel: SM Bowling Center - First Time to play bowling.

One of my classmate, invited me to join and attend their PAW night. Mostly of the attendees are youth. I'm glad to found a co-youth that praise God.

Since, he invited us to their PAW night. I actively attended PAW night. I love to attend so that I can give time to praise God with them.

Last Wednesday, March 16, 2011 is the last PAW night for this semester. We really enjoy the last PAW night. We celebrate workship day last Saturday, March 19,2011 at SM Bowling Center.

I have a lot of first time on that day. First time to enter the Bowling Center at SM. It was also my first time to play bowling. I never thought i could play bowling because i haven't hold any bowling ball. I was afraid at first on what I'm going to do.

The first time I hold the ball, I frequently ask a question to my only love Jenifer Patilan. And when I throw the ball directly to the pins, I was afraid and nervous if I'm going to hit the pin and at the end I was a nice shot as first timer.

Each one of us, played two rounds and I was so happy that i got a "strike" for the first time. I used to play bowling at mobile phones and we all know that mobile phones is very different from actual.

All you need bring to SM Bowling Center - Cebu is a pair of socks and fee. We are lucky that fee was free by the Pastor of the church.

My Personal GOT LOUD

They say that every day is a new life. I will definitely agree to that statement. And each one of us has a different situation to live on here on Earth. Somebody has trials and some are having fun by hanging out with their friends. Despite the difference between yours from others, all we have a common situation, and that's irony of our LIFE. 

Why I can tell we have common LIFE?

We are born and started as an infant from our mother's womb. Grow and grow and tell we die. All of us will die when God's will. God gives's another day and breathes to change our attitude. He gives us time to change our personality by giving us breath every day we woke up. He makes us strength by giving trials. He also gave his only begotten Son to save us from sins. 

Is it Common to Everyone, isn’t?

Don't waste your time in doing such useless things. Use the time to change and "GET'S LOUD" and BE WILD. They also say that TIME IS GOLD. Why do you use your time to make your life frozen because of trials? Trials are just ingredient to have a "GET'S LOUD" life.

What make's me LOUD?

I get loud by dancing, doing some time to my family and friends, traveling, taking pictures to myself, extra activities, praising God, attending events and lastly my fulfillment.
