Question about Posting in Free Online ads and VA's role

Q: I am a real estate referrer now. I have posted in 3 online ads. Someone gave me a list of free online ads and it is so many.

I am asking for your suggestion. 1. Do I need first to sign up/register to all of those before hiring a VA to post for me? 2. How can I know which among them are visited often?
I have already created a script, but I know that online ads have different contents.

A: VA will do the sign up for you. That's their job. You supply username and password that they will use plus rules you want to follow.

W/c one will be visited often? Among the sites you're going to list in (free online ads), you need to do a Google search FIRST, for example you're posting about 4 Door Apartment in Toronto, Google Apartment for Rent Toronto - the resulting free online ad websites that appear should be a priority instead of your list and they are:

1. Torontorentals.com

2. 247apartments.com

3. viewit.ca

4. hometrader.ca

A: Opps incorrect mindset. VA people do not guarantee names and marketing is always long term dear.

Maybe you can afford P 2500 a month for a week's work per month and do it for 12 months?

Yes you can measure.
But guarantee---that's a long list.
How?

1. How well trained are you in copywriting? Any succesful experiences? Not the VA, you.

2. How sure are you that the product is actually attractive to the market?

3. Are you sure the market WANTS (not need) the product?

4. Have you taken steps to understand the market's wants and the mind of your market before they take the buying decision?

5. Do you have google analytics installed in your blogs?
6. Do you know how to read analytics?
7. Is there an opt-in list in your blog? Mailchimp or Feedburner or 1shoppingcart?
8. Is your multi-message sales message ready? Is it more than 7 messages?
9. Do you have your testimonials all posted in the blog/sales page?

10. What is your ideal conversion rate? Visitors vs buyers?
11. What is the basis of this rate?
12. Do you have risk reversal statements ? (money back)
13. Are your product photos oozing with beauty and "buy me" power?
14. Have you set up a facebook page for these? These are more powerful TODAY than blogs.
15. Do you know how to read Facebook Stats?

Saya no? You need to know what you're doing and must be willing to experiment if you're not sure --when you get a VA. VAs make experiments faster --but if you're only willing to get the sale --it's better to just do it yourself first.

Is Being a VA a source of Passive Income?

Q: A pleasant day to you. First of all I want to introduce myself to you. I'm Lea , one of the counselor in Light of Jesus told me about your site. That was the time when I was telling to her my entire problem, including the financial.

I'm a mom of two, my eldest is first year college while my youngest is in grade 2. I'm a single mom, separated from my husband. I badly needed to have another source of income, a passive one. Because right now I have a large amount of debt that I need to pay. I know God lead me to you, cause He know that you are of His instruments to help others.

If you can investigate how to use (for example, SKYPE) a program on your own, then you're going to be fine as a VA. However if you need more training --more training programs (session 2 and 3) are coming up.

2. There will be an online version of the Virtual Assistant Training is consists of :

a. Access to the Video (not LIVE video)

b. Access to the Audio

c. Access to the Presentation materials and bonuses 

d .It's not via webcam.

e. It's not live.

f. It's self-paced training.

g. There will be assignments at the end, you need to do those to "pass". 

h. Upon passing the "assignments", you get only ONE SHOT so check your work before submitting them.

Session 2: A SEPARATE X day online training session will follow this one day event.

Session 3: A 2 day hands on VA training workshop will be also done.

Completing this workshop will up your certification to THREE STAR.

The VA Star Certification is used to communicate with my foreign contacts what kind of training you've accomplished.

Not an entrepreneur, just an "ordinary" worker, only that -- it's all from your home computer (or an internet cafe).

Update: Can you have a day job and be a VA? Yes. You can be part time.  Or "work" 8 hours in 4 hours because you're so so so fast on the internet. Some VA bosses like results, not "time spent".
