1. Trace? Your short background for people to know:
I came from humble beginnings. My father was a seaman and my mom is a teacher. Unfortunately they never learned how money works and despite the millions of pesos my dad earned as a seaman over the 30 years he worked, he never saved nor learned how to invest. They also got saddled with BIG debts from loan sharks and eventually we lost our home to foreclosure. It’s ironic now that I buy foreclosures. I had to work during college (UP Diliman) and had to pay for my brother’s and sister’s college education too.
The one good thing that came out of my upbringing is the burning desire to get rich and to tell people how to do the same.
1.1 How did you get to know Larry Gamboa?
My first millionaire student Bobbett Cabuang read his book “Think Rich Pinoy!” when he went on vacation in the Philippines. He gave me a copy – I liked what I read and I emailed him about what my real estate techniques can do. He agreed to meet me and we decided to write the book “Think Rich Quick!”.
1.2. How did you get to know Bo?
I met Bo through Larry. I love Bo’s theology of money which is utilizing money to help and serve others. If all of us Pinoys will start believing that theology and replace the notion that money is evil and rich people are greedy people…a lot more Pinoys will start becoming rich.
1.3 How did you get to know me?
I noticed a pattern when I ask my millionaire students. All of them have you as their online marketing mentor (100% correlation!). So I told myself “Trace, the Universe is telling you something. You need to get Jomar as the online marketing mentor of all of your students so you will have more successful students.”
1.4 What was your first impression of Jomar? Be honest ..LOL.
You’re one brilliant guy who is funny as heck. I like it that you are sincere in helping our fellow Pinoys rise up from poverty by teaching them how to put up an online business.
2. Please name 3 things different with this event and Think Rich Pinoy
the event or any real estate event there in the US or locally?
The Think Rich Quick system is absolutely the fastest way to make money in real estate. The Think Rich Quick system is also a way to invest in real estate with no money down, without needing to go to a bank and you can do this part-time with little to no risks. Google Front Page..
Well, I took that advice when I first started learning marketing on line and something crazy happened. I started appearing in a lot of places. And all this happened because I took massive action (in a million directions) Now granted there were a million things that I did wrong and I am improving on, but it goes to show you that like a friend of mine says "there are no secrets to network marketing" all the information that you want is out there. Just go and get it. And now that I have done all this and began to create a massive list I am going back to my MSLP and my GVO accounts and I am seeing it with amazing clarity. And once you get the clarity you realize how simple this truly is. But I guess when you learned that 2 + 2 was 4 it didn't seem that difficult either.

What I have learned
I am always learning and I hope I never stop. I have learned so much since deciding to venture out into the world of on line marketing that I amaze even myself with what I have learned. I also amaze myself with how stupid I am. Why do I say that? Because I learned as a kid to follow instructions! Let me just tell you I didn't and now that I look back I want to kick my own ass.
There are some fantastic programs out there that will teach you "exactly" how to do this business. I tried all of them and have been subscribed to them for about 4 months now. I started to look at them and think,"They taught me a lot, but I do not need them any more." And then "BLAM!" Like a bolt of lightning it came to me and I understood what they were talking about, and I went back to those sites before I cancelled them and the heavens parted and angels sang (well, not exactly) but It did make since.
My goal with this blog is to try to give all of you a short cut to success and try to teach you everything I have learned. I believe that what goes around comes around. The universe is big enough for all of us to succeed.
