After the Election Day in the Philippines last May 10,2010 using the newly technology machine called PCOS Machine with the help of SmartMatic-TIM and Commission on Election they formally proclaimed the newly and 15th President of the Republic of the Philippines President-Elect Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino Jr. and newly elected Vice-President of the Republic of the Philippines Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay. This is the first automatic election of the Republic of the Philippines.
